Professor Byron Fæbes is a professor in the College of Conjuration at the University of Xyrneiros.

Professor Byron Fæbes is a Tabaxi Bard, and Professor of Conjuration with an expertise in both natural history and alternate planes of reality. Though he appears to many of the students in his 100-level survey courses as an academic grounded in the wildlife of Quelmar, the bulk of his scholarship and advanced-level coursework is far more speculative towards the nature and existence of other planes. Although he would never admit it in front of anyone less than a graduate student advisee, Professor Fæbes traveled to other planes earlier in his life seeking material for his bardic tales—leading to his fascination and academically acclaimed monographs on the subject.
