Yoko is a Tanuki Rogue found in the Unravel of Bigaji-Ho
Physical Appearance[edit | edit source]
Yoko is a dark red Tanuki, with deep maroon stripes like dried blood. His face and body are covered in scars as proof from the abusive trials of the Unravel and the Samé clan ceremonies.
Personality[edit | edit source]
Quasi-social vigilante rogue, hell-bent on exposing wealth gaps and selfish legislation of the upper class. Yoko spends his time listening in on his friends so he can get to know them better but is afraid of engaged interaction. He maintains a healthy distance from others as not to give his father a target for leverage.
Yoko is emotionally unconcious but behaviorly righteous and just. Chaotically in love with his city, he will kill those who harm the citizens of Ravel, disturb sociopolitical structures that unjustly siphon the needs of the poor beneath the feet of the rich. He can commonly be found sneaking food into the bags of the needy, stealing from the rich, and when the need arises, euthenizing the suffering ill of the Freeze

Yoko is the eldest son of the infamous Samé clan of the Unravel. This family spends copious amounts of money on swaying legislations, acting as loan sharks for the poor actively using it as leverage to sway populace statistics in regards to the needs of the citizens in Ravel. Satsujin Samé is said to have played a part in the Ravels acceptance of the Thieves Guild in the Unravel - this allowed Satsujin active information of the goings on above the Unravel and it's resources during the Freeze.
Yoko, given his ungovernable nature, found the structure of his fathers businesses and his binary dialectic theories suspect to humanitarian ridicule. This drove Yoko to sneak around the Unravel, regularly listening in on local coffee shops for political discourse; even finding himself morphed into ill college students to sit in on classes in the schools of Ravel.
Due to his lack of a formal education Yoko has inherited his fathers black-and-white process of thinking but found himself starkly opposing his fathers practices given his learnings of the world around him. With his skills focused on thievery, on espionage, Yoko stole from Ravel and Unravels opressors under the guise of his fathers clan, causing consistent power struggles between Satsujin and the other clans in the Unravel. Before the Freeze, Satsujin intrusted Yoko's younger brother Kin with Yoko's decomissioning from the Samé clan. While Yoko under Satsujin's relentless teachings found himself curious about the world above, Satsujin's obsession with his eldest son and successor left Kin neglected and resentful of his brothers self indulgence. Kin had been trailing Yoko through Ethiruva where Yoko had posed as an Elf for 3 months to evade the Samé clans persuits. While the prayers to Corellon in the darkest evenings gave him a love for the culture and the light of the moon, it took Kin little time to find his brothers camp outside of the elven colony.
Their clash among the elves disturbed the peace of the colony and the brothers were chased out of the colony, both leaving with scars from each others blades and the protective inhabitants of Ethiruva.
