Otomo


Otomo is a race of humanoid automatons enchanted to serve a specific, non combat related, function

About[edit | edit source]

Otomos are beings who were magically enchanted to serve a specific function or task, and gained sentience upon either completing said task/function, or their enchanter has passed away and can no longer issue commands. These functions can range from basic things like: housekeeping, teaching, or field work; to more complex ones like: bookkeeping, entertaining, or social interactions. After gaining sentience some Otomos choose to continue serving their function in their own way, while others decide to branch out and develop other skills

Appearance[edit | edit source]

Otomos vary greatly in appearance depending on how their creator crafted them, and what function they are intended for. Some may look humanoid, while others may look more geometric or simple

Specialized Training

An Otomo is originally enchanted to carry out a single function, as such they are well trained in their intended skill, because of this however; Otomos also often are lacking in one area that has no bearing on said function

Functional Adaptation

An Otomo is often created in a way that allows them to carry out their intended function even without normally necessary tools or instruments.
