One-Off Villains are enemies and bad guys who serve the purpose of being the villain for a single adventure.

Despite being called "One-Off", occasionally a villain on this list may appear for 2 sessions. Sometimes they are introduced once, and then disposed of the next time. In any case, any villain who isn't carried along in the plot for longer than 2 sessions is considered disposable. Villains who continue to reappear for 3 or more games can be considered Reoccurring Villains.

• Wyrmwood: Draconian Outlander
  • Wyrmwood threatened the forests outside of Holtston by hijacking trading carts and taking all of the food for himself, leading to famines in the city. Was slain by the players.
• Lian: Werewolf Sorcerer
  • Lian ran a group of werewolves, including many former Quarrytown residents who were now infected with Lycanthropy after falling prone to Lian's false promises. Lian had converted an old temple of Pelor into a hideout for himself and his werewolves. They terrorized Holtston and caused SotS to take action and kill him.
